We are delighted and excited to share the news that The American Baptist News and WLLV Radio 1240 AM / 101.9 FM are partnering to bring WLLV’s Gospel Programming to everyone
across the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Mr. Archie Dale, Vice President of AirCom, Dr. Bernard Crayton, Moderator of the GABKY, Rev. Brodric Purvis, WLLV Program Director and Elder Garry M. Spotts, Editor of the ABNewsKy signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) launching the relationship Thursday, March 31, 2022.
The signing marks the beginning of a historic collaboration between two vital sources of Black Owned and Operated Media. As a result, WLLV will feature prominently across the ABNewKy media landscape, both online and in print. In addition, ABNewsKy will be featured in on-air promotional spots weekly, and Elder Spotts will participate in interviews regularly to promote the ABNewsKy media.
The new relationship promises to strengthen the position and reach of each media outlet across the State and beyond.
