To All Missionaries, Women’s Ministries and Pastors

Greetings in the Name of our Most Precious Savior Jesus,

I am writing to remind you of our upcoming

to be held on September 9, 2023. Registration from 8:30 AM EST to 9:30 AM EST. The Conference will be 9:30 AM EST to 1 PM Eastern approximately. The Missionary Conference will be held in person and also made available virtually by Zoom Link to those who may not be able to be in person. It will be held at the St. Stephen Church located at 757 S Woodland Dr, Radcliff KY 40160, phone number 270 390 4671, Pastor Dr. Kevin W. Cosby, Pastor. We are thankful that the Lord has allowed us some tools whereby we can come together in the name of the Lord Jesus. Those of you that attended this great Conference in the past may remember what a great time of praise, worship, refreshing and renewal it is. We are in anticipation of a mighty move of God.

The theme of our Conference this year is “Thrive! Alive in Jesus” Scripture reference John 10:10. Our Conference presenters this year will be as follows:

Praise and Worship – BWMC Music Ministry

Liturgical Dance – Sis. Erica Burke

Rev. Donte Paul – “Thriving for Success Despite the Thief”

Dr. C.B. Akins– “Thriving, Abundance is Mine”

Rev. Rozalyn Akins – “Thriving, I won’t be Destroyed”

Keynote – Dr. Bernard Crayton, Former Moderator GABKY Pastor of Little Flock Bapt. Ch.

Registration for each attendee to attend is $40 per person until August 2, 2023. Afterward, the registration will be $45 per person. We are asking that each church will help to sponsor the Conference with a $50 donation. If you are unable to support us with that amount, we certainly would appreciate your best effort. As you know, ministry costs and your support will help to defray the expenses. Church Sponsors will be given special recognition on the Baptist Women’s Missionary social media pages and website with the church name, address, and Pastor listed. They will also be recognized on the day of the Conference. It is my sincere prayer that you will choose to be a sponsor. The registration form is enclosed. We have secured a block of rooms with Holiday Inn Express at a rate of $149 per night for those who might need an overnight stay. This rate is good until August 24 To secure your room, you may contact the hotel directly and mention that you need the rate for the Baptist Women’s Missionary Convention.
